i love this game so much

Simple but always funny, perfect for relaxing.

The game could be good but it is not possible to play it because of the Desktop AD spam that cover partially the game field

This game is thought-provoking and addictive. Congratulations to the developers on making a great game.

I played 2048 on my phone everyday before,but now I can play it on my Macbook.It is a challenging game and I really like it!

The hit mobile game is also on your mac! Sometimes when you’re using your mac and after doing a bunch of tedious work you just want to unwind, just fire up some 2048 and try to combine all the tiles. It’s a difficult task but boy does it feel rewarding after you get a really high numbered tile e.g. a 4 digit tile. Just be careful you’ll lose track of time extremely fast! My only gripe is I’m not a fan of the sound effects, would much prefer the sound of tiles shuffling around instead of dings.

Very fun game from the original! Great to just pull up onto my laptop and passively play the game. Yes the sound is different but I don’t have any complaints. I wish there was a “save state” option or an “undo” button. Great game!

So fun. I haven’t gotten past square 1012 yet :(. It’s a great brainteaser that you can either get really strategically invested into, or play passively. I only wish it had an undo button!

like the game but the right key function quit working properly and now takes you completely out of the game. Checked the keypad [apple] and it is ok. is there troubleshooting for this problem?

Until I opened the Gamer version, this was a lot of fun! I actually managed to win once in about 100 tries. The new Gamer version includes ads that overlay the game board and obscure some of the tiles. This is extremely annoying and make the game far less enjoyable. This problem is made worse because the ad changes and changes its location. If they want to charge for the game, then just release it as a paid game and be done with it. Either that, or move the ads so that they appear next to, instead of over the game. If there is a way to turn off the ads or at least control where they appear, the company should let us know.

did an update and added advertising that actually interferes with the game. I honestly used to love this game and would have given it 5 stars easily - super fun game that was also very challenging and required strategy. Now, no matter how much strategy you put into it, the advertising ends the game. Seriously! I’ll be playing the game and then the “desktop ad” that is off to the side literally pops up on top of the game. When I go to “X” it out, the game ends. What fun is that? I don’t mind paying money for a game, but this game was given to me free (from Starbucks). Now all of a sudden a game that was paid for by someone else has the same lousy ads and features of the free version. A little warning would have been nice. Offer us the opportunity to upgrade and pay for the game before just surprising us with ads that literally take over the game. Bye, bye 2048.

This update completely ruins an otherwise good game. The “DesktopADs” are so frequent and so intrusive that they actually interfere with play. When, as frequently happens, a popup ad appears, it simply ends your game. Really, truly terrible app.

Now mine keeps crashing before can even start a game.

This game is terrible! I got it on my tablet, and I decided to get it on my laptop because I love doing it on my tablet. So I got it thinking I would be able to play on my laptop as well. Everytime I go on it it crashes before I can even start a game! I hate it completely. You can get it on your tablet but not laptop! It is terrible!
